Taking over Sydney's Cronulla Beach this November, the burgeoning lineup and conference program for Australian Music Week just gets bigger and better with a whole heap of artist additions and world-first programs announced last week.

An inclusive event that opens its arms to all genres and innovation, Australian Music Week continues to showcase diversity and talent, and the latest lineup announcement adds to an already stellar array of exciting artists.
Joining the Aus Music Week fold with this latest announcement are a heap of exciting acts ranging from internationals (The Ramona Flowers), singer-songwriters (Mark Lang, David Spry and more), punk rockers (SCABZ) and even the slightly unusual (Gold Coast harpist ELSKA).
But Australian Music Week isn't just a home for live music - it will also be featuring world-first music technology, including emerging Aussie musician with cerebal palsy Jessica Irwin showcasing some groundbreaking eye-controlled music software alongside her idol, multi-platinum, award-winning Steve Balbi of Mi-Sex and Noiseworks fame.
Also recently announced is the expansive conference agenda which covers a full range of music-related topics from touring, management, mental health and beyond, including dedicated sessions on heavy, folk and Americana music.
Of the latest announcements, conference director, Jonathan Howell says, “Australian Music Week is all about arming artists and industry professionals with relevant, relatable information they can take away use to make a difference in their career and the industry, today. We have more gold to reveal soon, but these panels and masterclasses give great insight into the breadth and depth of conference topics. We are really excited to be working with leading Australian musicians and industry professionals to deliver meaty, must-know material at this year’s conference.”
Keynote speeches, more panels/masterclasses and the final showcasing acts will be announced in the coming weeks.
Tickets are on sale now via Oztix with prices ranging from $25 for a one night live music pass to $129 for a full conference pass.
Tickets are also on sale for an exclusive Studios 301/ AMW Live Session in The Church on Saturday 10th November with multi-platinum, ARIA award-winner, Diesel, as he heads out on his 30th Anniversary Tour.
