Get lost in a rural Aussie adventure with the deliriously charming new music vid dropping yesterday from Sydney indie kids Pirra for their divine new single 'Get On Board'.
--
Sprawling out like a sun-kissed road trip, 'Get On Board' is a gentle journey of driving guitars, soothing vocals and an encompassing warmth that would glide its way into even the iciest of hearts.
And in perfect keeping with the breathless lure and tones, Pirra's brand new clip captures the stunning scenic rural Australian landscape, shot on location over several weeks in South Australia and the Northern Territory, with the concept slowly evolving as the crew traveled.
Of the clip, director Laura Smith says: "For me, Get On Board is a song about travelling, literally and emotionally, and the interior and exterior worlds that this opens up. It perfectly echoes the journey we captured with Annemarie (Lean-Vercoe- Cinematographer) and Gabrielle (Miller - actress)".
Pirra (consisting of identical twins Curtis Argent and Jefferey Argent, James McKendry and Jess Beck) continually prove their knack for whimsical tunes and effortless charisma, and 'Get On Board' is no exception. Go get a taste of the tune and the new clip below:
