Hailing from the surf rock haven of the Northern Beaches, Liquid Time embody the quintessential beaches chill seen from fellow locals Lime Cordiale and more broadly fellow NSW cruisers Ocean Alley, while drawing on some crunchy psych and grooves to create the dreamy ear-worm that is 'Beer and a Lime'.
Holding a special place in the band's heart (and also marking the first actual Liquid Time track that ever existed), 'Beer and a Lime' may be slick and smooth on the surface, but in reality only came to life after countless re-writes and longing for loved ones in the process.
Here's hoping the Liquid Time boys can bottle their chill and evolve into more unique territories to set them apart from their fellow psych rockers, but overall 'Beer and a Lime' is as fresh as a Carona on a lazy summer afternoon, and who could possibly complain about that!
