EVENT NEWS: Crowbar Birthday Week To Feature Spiderbait, The Chats, RedHook + More!

Officially becoming a teenager in 2025, Crowbar will celebrate its 13th birthday in style this December, with week-long events locked in for Brisbane and Sydney. Marking over a decade of blood, sweat and beers since opening in 2012, thousands of bands through its doors and millions of pints poured, Crowbar will celebrate this milestone with a huge array of amazing acts - mark your calendars NOW!

In Sydney, the chaos begins on Wednesday 17th December with RedHook and their genre-defying, emotionally explosive brand of rock. Thursday sees The Chats bring their full-throttle punk mayhem through the doors, followed by Montreal death metal legends Cryptopsy on Friday, hitting hard with three decades of unrelenting intensity. On Saturday, Aus music icons Spiderbait will blast through 25+ years of hits, before Sunday closes with a secret headliner still to be revealed.

Brisbane will also have a chance to get amongst it with Cryptopsy, Spiderbait and The Chats, plus The Buoys will bring their no-nonsense alt-rock to the party.

Both the Sydney and Brisbane events will take place between Wednesday 17 December - Sunday 21 December, with the events supported by Fender, Jack Daniels, Jägermeister, Coopers Brewery, Heaps Normal, Born Dry, and Poppelvej. Every ticket purchase also goes into the draw to win a brand-new Fender guitar.
