It's the first day of a new month, and you know what that means - The Soundcheck's Spotify Mixtape has had an overhaul with some fresh, fun and ferocious tunes.
Normally the mixtape tries not to double up on artists, but when American rockers He Is Legend release two huge songs at once it's too hard to Sophie's Choice which one to include, so both new tracks lead the pack for the first half of October.
Also featured this round are new tunes from Slipknot, Dead Cross, Ways Away, The Bronx, Thrice, Paramore, a new side project Man-Made Sunshine from Nothing But Thieves frontman Conor Mason and a Coolio jam in honour of the legendary artist's passing this week.
