MUSIC NEWS: Bayview Suspect announce new EP & drop new single

In case you missed it....they say good news comes in threes, and this couldn't be more accurate for Perth heaving groove metallers Bayview Suspect, with the announcement of their new EP, a brand new single AND a new band member.

Screeching to life in 2014, it's been a busy couple of years for the Bayview Suspect lads, culminating this year in the announcement of their brand new EP 'Survival Or Ruin' due out in September. And if the lead single 'Until Dusk' is anything to go by, there's a galaxy of shattering riffs and crunchy grooves ahead, helmed by a slight shift to more melodic and tech-tinged waters. Of the upcoming EP, the band explain: "From hook to breakdown, we’re proud of how Survival or Ruin showcases our evolution and song writing progression. This EP is a testament to our need to experiment sonically and allows us to write tunes that’ll stay with you."

But wait - there's more! Following the recent departure of two members, which initially postponed the EP announcement, Bayview Suspect have also welcomed into the fold Kristian Climo on axe-slinging duties. And to celebrate the first single and the introduction of Kristian to the band, Bayview Suspect will be performing live on July 13th at The Boston in Perth supporting local heavyweights Deadspace (event info HERE).

'Survival Or Ruin' will be released on September 14th through Rockpit Records.
