MUSIC NEWS: Parkway Drive reschedule Viva The Underdogs Aussie tour for 2021

If you were glued to your TV a month ago when Parkway Drive unveiled their third documentary Viva The Underdogs, the good news is that Australia still have a chance to catch this monstrous production live in person; the bad news is, understandably, we'll have to wait a bit longer than expected as the band announced yesterday the postponement of their Viva The Underdogs Revolution Tour with Hatebreed and Every Time I Die to July 2021.

Well-documented as one of the most ambitious and ballistic live show yet for the Byron boys, Viva The Underdogs is set to bring all the sonic and literal firepower up the sleeves of Parkway Drive, with Aussie crowds grabbing a glimpse of the group's honed live prowess late last year headlining Good Things Festival in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

With the current impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, Parkway's original plans to bring their ballistic stylings to Aussie fans this June may have been impeded, but never fear! There will be some epic Parkway times in the future, and a chance to catch one of Australia's biggest metal exports of all time live in action, Molotov cocktails and all.

MESSAGE FROM PARKWAY DRIVE:

To all our Aussie fans,

It may come as no surprise to you that the Viva The Underdogs Australian Revolution Tour will need to be postponed. Given the current situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the various restrictions State and Federal Governments have put in place, it is literally impossible for the tour to go on in June 2020.

We have rescheduled the shows for July 2021 and are stoked that both Hatebreed and Every Time I Die will still be joining us then.

Thank you for your patience in these testing times and we promise it will be worth the wait when this tour gets back up and running next year.

Stay safe, PWD
