VIDEO PREMIERE: Don't Say My Name (LAMBROS.)

THE LAMBROS. NAME IS DEFINITELY ONE ON THE RISE IN THE MUSIC WORLD, AND FOR THIS SYDNEY PAIR 2020 ISN'T HOLDING THEM BACK FROM THROWING THEIR DREAMY SONIC HATS FURTHER INTO THE WORLD OF THE INDIE ROCK REALMS - AND TODAY THEY'RE GIFTING A LIVE MUSIC VIDEO FOR THEIR RECENT TUNE DON'T SAY MY NAME PREMIERING RIGHT NOW ON THE SOUNDCHECK!

Since the release of their debut EP back in 2017, LamBros. (aka brothers Connor and Harry Lambrou) have steadily found themselves climbing the ranks with their blues-soaked brand of indie rock turning heads thanks largely to the pair's engrossing grooves and unique blend of soul, funk, folk and unique instrumentation that has seen them play alongside Thirsty Merc, Mental As Anything and onstage at various festivals.

But while this Northern Beaches duo have consistently charmed with their laidback croons and sonic wooze, late 2019 found the pair unknowingly catching the attention of the legendary Peter Noble during a showcase at last year's Australian Music Week, swiftly finding themselves added to the 2020 Bluesfest lineup. And while the 2020 edition of the festival wasn't to be with the COVID-19 pandemic wreaking havoc on the music industry, the pair have continued to advance their own journey, recently releasing a raw and raspy gem with their latest tune Don't Say My Name.

But wait, there's more! Making the best of a bad situation during the lockdown period, LamBros. recently jumped into Studios 301 in Sydney to record a live, one-take video for their new track, featuring the group busting out their tasty grooves and effortless charisma in the legendary Aussie studio. Armed only with their genial track and undeniable charm, the pair's new clip proves no bells and whistles are needed to bring the LamBros. brand to life while cementing the band's ability to straddle vulnerable themes and catchy melodics:

“We’ve always had this way of writing songs that carry weight and pent up emotion. With ‘Don’t Say My Name’, we wanted to capture that moment of breaking point, where you lash out at someone with such ferocity, but in doing so, are exposing your own vulnerability; your own cry for help.” - LamBros.

So while we're all eagerly awaiting the eventual return of live music to our lives, come grab a peek at the new LamBros. clip below, offering the next best thing to catching the gents live in person (and trust us, there will be many chances to do just that in the near future. Watch this space!).
